Located at Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor 4 Parking Lot, Vendor Village will be the heartbeat of this event. With over 60 vendors from all over the country set to descend on the area, food trucks, a jumbotron keeping everyone in the know on the rest of the event, and much more, you'll want to be sure to stop by more than once.

Vendor Village will be home to activities and fun for the whole family, including American SXS Takeover Stereo & Shine contests, cornhole tournaments, and a Halloween Party on Saturday. The main stage for concerts Friday & Saturday are adjacent to Vendor Village on the beach.

KICK OFF PARTY - be sure to come by and help us kick off this event on Thursday from 4pm-7pm. The Ultra4 USA, Sand Outlaw, and Formula1 Powerboat racers will be present with their machines for contingency - check out their rides, meet the athletes and wish them luck as we start an amazing weekend of action.
